Together, we’ll identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you—ones that might be fueling your anxiety without you even realizing it.

You’ll learn practical coping skills like deep breathing, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and stress management techniques to help you feel more grounded and in control. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so our work together will always be tailored to your unique needs.

Ultimately, my goal is to empower you—to help you understand and manage your anxiety in a way that improves your overall well-being and allows you to take back control of your life. FAQs

  • Yes, I love working with teenagers and helping them build skills to manage their anxiety. I will guide them in exploring where their anxiety comes from and help them work through it so they feel relief and can move forward.

  • Yes, anxiety can come back. However, I will work with you and teach you skills that you can use for the rest of your life. When we get close to ending therapy, we will discuss ways to identify triggers and how to get through it. So, if it comes back you will be prepared

  • Yes, I will teach you skills to help decrease and deal with panic attacks . Sometimes medication is needed and I will help you determine whether you think you need medication. I will also help you find a psychiatrist to help you get support.
